Our projects are typically booked 1-2 months in advance, so we recommend reaching out to us as soon as you know you’re interested. This will give us the best chance of scheduling your project in time for your desired launch date.
Of course, we understand that things don’t always go according to plan. If you need to book your project on a shorter timeline, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, we can’t guarantee availability for rush projects.
Step 1: Fill out our booking enquiry form and let us know what you’re dreaming of. We’ll get back to you within 1-2 working days to schedule a free discovery call and discuss how we can help make your vision a reality.
Step 2: During our discovery call, we’ll dig into your vision and answer any questions you have. We’ll also share more details about our process and services so you can decide if we’re a good fit.
Step 3: If we are, you’ll confirm which services you’d like to proceed with and submit a 20% booking deposit. This will secure your space and allow us to start working on your project.
Step 4: Once you’re officially booked in, we’ll have a project consultation to kick off the project. This is where we’ll discuss your vision in even more detail, cover the technical and creative aspects, and map out the next steps.
Yes we do!
We offer a flexible payment plan that can be tailored to your needs. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining balance can be paid in two instalments: 40% before the project start date and 40% upon completion.
We understand that every project is different. At the time of booking, you can let us know if you’d like to explore a different payment schedule.
